Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead VCA engagements in Vietnam by analyzing client needs with Visa and external data to identify consulting opportunities.
  • •Develop project pitches and secure new consulting assignments and re-engagement opportunities via a consultative sales approach.
  • •Deliver consulting projects by resolving complex strategic problems and managing project structures, scope, budget, and delivery (including external consultant supervision).
  • •Cultivate relationships with Visa clients and partners (issuers, acquirers, merchants, and fintech firms) and drive recommendations across customer life cycle and new product initiatives.
  • •Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams and support the IPVMC VCA team with strategy, reporting, and operations.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or equivalent education, certifications, and/or business background.
  • •12+ years of experience in the financial services practice of a top-tier consulting firm.
  • •Understanding of card issuers’ P&L and cardholder life cycle.
  • •Ability to apply statistical analysis and knowledge of machine learning/modeling/scoring concepts.
  • •Willingness to travel 30% within Vietnam.
