Job Summary

The Deputy Insurance Broker - Account Manager will support management and development of corporate and personal client accounts in Cyprus, handling service across General Insurance, Group Life and Group Medical. You’ll manage day-to-day communications with insurers, provide administrative support to senior brokers, help expand the client base, and ensure compliance with Aon policies and risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide comprehensive service and support to local clients across all office insurance products (General Insurance, Group Life, Group Medical)
•Manage day-to-day communications and negotiations with insurance providers for specific accounts
•Provide administrative, reporting and practical support to senior brokers and management
•Expand the client base by leveraging personal networks and existing portfolio
•Resolve client and insurer queries by liaising with colleagues in other departments and local offices

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Cyprus insurance market in a client-facing role (agent/broker or insurer)
•Attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
•Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients and the marketplace
•Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across colleagues and departments
•Bachelor’s degree (ΠΒΑΚ Certificate of Basic Insurance Training)
