Business Development Associate - Commerce Trust

Develop new investment management and advisory business for Commerce Trust by partnering with Commerce Bank business leaders and external sources. Market fixed income and equity strategies, ensure timely preparation of research and proposals, and follow up on leads from marketing programs. Manage prospect opportunities through the sales pipeline, maintain CRM data for forecasting and relationship management, and conduct territory and market research. Assist with RFP responses and support client service delivery.
