Job Summary

Design ASOS DESIGN ranges for a trend-focused womenswear/footwear accessories team, working closely with designers and technical partners to translate inspiration into commercially relevant product. Research shapes, colors, fabrics, and trends to identify first-to-market pieces, react to sales data, and contribute to critical path and speed-to-market. Collaborate with suppliers and factories on trend direction and constructions while supporting OKR delivery through data-driven decisions.

•Research, develop, and design ASOS DESIGN ranges, including seasonal shapes, colors, fabrics, and options for a global customer base.
•Use sales information to create fashion-forward ranges that are commercially relevant.
•Research current and future trends across multiple sources and translate them into first-to-market pieces.
•Partner with technical teams on initial fits and help identify and solve department challenges with a strong design point of view.
•Build supplier relationships and advise factories on trend direction, construction, key details, materials, and trims while managing critical path deadlines.
