Job Summary

Lead and motivate the team on the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store sales targets. Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Coach values, help execute company initiatives, and support day-to-day store operations. Analyze sales data and trends to recommend improvements, coach clienteling for long-term customer relationships, and provide HR/conflict-resolution support when leadership is absent. •Recruit, interview, evaluate performance, and provide training as needed; give feedback and hold team accountable for goals and KPIs.
•Provide HR and conflict resolution support when leadership is absent and enforce company and store policies and procedures.

•Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
•Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team and in-district partners in the absence of the leadership team.
