Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate port quay operations, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • •Review ship operation plans with the Superintendent and planning area to execute operations.
  • •Execute ship mooring and unmooring procedures according to commercial windows.
  • •Control and supervise loading and unloading activities of containers by coordinating personnel and mobile equipment.
  • •Prepare and coordinate personnel and equipment to carry out port activities efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience in maritime operations, logistics, or similar roles
  • •Availability to work in Posorja
  • •Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • •Profile oriented to candidates with experience in high-operational-demand industries, preferably maritime or logistics environments
  • •Willingness to relocate domestically if required (camping option may be considered depending on location)
