Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and monitor the data quality governance framework, including rules, thresholds, KPIs/KRIs, and remediation with root-cause analysis.
  • •Run user access governance and user interface recertification, tracking outcomes, exceptions, and remediation with maintained evidence and sign-offs.
  • •Provide UAT and change governance support: define test cases/framework, validate mappings/data outputs, execute data validation, and manage defects and sign-offs.
  • •Create and interpret market intelligence using SQL/VBA/Excel and produce management-friendly summaries from large datasets.
  • •Ensure operational quality success by tracking data quality risks/trends, meeting SLA/project timelines, and supporting appropriate escalation and compliance with policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred in technology space or specialization.
  • •7+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in data quality, access management, user acceptance testing, and data analytics.
  • •Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including turning complex details into management-friendly summaries.
  • •Experience dealing with very large data volumes with strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • •Competence in influencing and negotiation, with familiarity with markets/market intelligence and tools such as Qlik Sense and defect tracking/UAT tools (e.g., JIRA).
