•Assist Operations Managers with data-backed growth plans for key luxury merchants.
•Support end-to-end execution of Mega Live events, coordinating merchants, creators, and platform resources.
•Consolidate datasets into reports and presentations, identifying emerging hot items and consumer behavior shifts to optimize the category.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Fashion Management, or related fields.
•Proven skills in Excel/Google Sheets, with ability to derive insights from data.
•Strong interest in e-commerce and the creator economy.
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
•Demonstrated learning ability, execution under stress, coordination, resource integration, and project management skills.
