Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve reporting models in BI tools to track KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • •Standardize and schedule weekly, monthly, and quarterly product performance reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • •Audit and validate reporting pipelines to ensure data integrity, consistent metric definitions, and accurate tracking across systems.
  • •Analyze end-to-end user journeys and feature utilization using quantitative techniques (e.g., cohort analysis, segmentation, session tracking), and conduct ad-hoc investigations for metric changes.
  • •Partner with Product Managers to define tracking requirements, baseline metrics for new releases, and analyze pre/post-launch performance or A/B test results.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or reporting analyst roles in a software/SaaS/tech-driven organization.
  • •Advanced SQL skills for querying large relational databases (e.g., complex joins, CTEs, window functions).
  • •Hands-on experience building and publishing production-level dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • •Experience with event-based tracking tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
