Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and templates to ensure consistency, compliance, and value optimization.
•Oversee the full contract lifecycle including formation, administration, compliance monitoring, closeout, and dispute resolution while minimizing commercial and operational risks.
•Manage contract negotiations, change orders, variations, and claims; support dispute resolution via contract analysis and settlement strategy recommendations.
•Lead procurement and tender management, including preparing, issuing, evaluating, and awarding tenders and contracts, plus price benchmarking and commercial analysis.
•Collaborate with Legal on contract negotiations, disputes, and claims; identify contractual risks and manage contract amendments, variations, and Notice to Proceed (NTP) execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Property Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•8–10 years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
•Professional certification such as CPCM, CPPM, PMP, or equivalent (preferred).
•Strong expertise in project management, quantity surveying, cost control, procurement, and risk management.
•Proficiency with FIDIC contracts, construction laws, claims management, and commercial practices; strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management.
