Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide IT support to users onsite at the client location and manage incidents using a ticketing system.
  • •Maintain documentation and comply with organizational rules and guidelines.
  • •Adhere to strict change control procedures and coordinate with senior engineers as needed.
  • •Support end-user computing, including Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and mobile devices.
  • •Assist with Microsoft 365 stack administration and basic infrastructure tasks (AD, DNS, and networking concepts).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of IT experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, or Systems Administration).
  • •End user/Desktop Support experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and mobile device troubleshooting.
  • •Experience supporting Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD).
  • •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • •Basic networking concepts and ability to travel periodically to client locations within the metropolitan area.
