Director, Supplemental Benefit Implementation

Lead enterprise implementation of supplemental benefit programs by directing strategic planning, building governance and integrated project plans, and tracking milestones and readiness to ensure successful rollouts. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and vendor stakeholders across business lines, provide executive reporting, and oversee post-implementation stabilization and transition to business operations. Support financial, sales, and operational reporting and analytics while driving change through key stakeholders.
