Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution across teams.
  • •Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
  • •Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
  • •Identify execution gaps and take ownership of urgent business problems that span multiple departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a high-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
  • •Communicate clearly in writing with structured thinking and strong follow-through.
