Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution across teams.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across cross-functional stakeholders.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Identify execution gaps and take ownership of urgent business problems that span multiple departments.

Key Requirements

•Be a high-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Communicate clearly in writing with structured thinking and strong follow-through.
•Work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Handle ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities while escalating when needed.
•Have experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments (advantage).
