Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive successful (co-)development, improvement, and implementation of new concepts and solutions with relevant stakeholders across Allianz.
  • •Participate in research and fact finding to build the foundation for strategy elements, challenging the status quo.
  • •Plan, structure, and steer projects and initiatives in coordination with other GCL teams and a variety of stakeholders.
  • •Prepare presentations, status reports, and business reviews to support decision-making.
  • •Prepare and facilitate business network and community meetings, including documentation and follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in mathematics, business studies/economics, finance, or related subjects.
  • •Professional experience in an operational Life or related entity, including at least two years in an Allianz OE.
  • •Solid knowledge and experience in preferably two areas such as Life Products/Actuarial, investment/asset management, Sales & Distribution, Finance, or IT/Operations.
  • •Project management capabilities with the ability to independently manage communities.
  • •Fluency in English and at least one other relevant business language, with experience in insurance or asset management functions a plus.
