•Minimise wastage through regular stock counts, inventory management and stock rotation.
•Supervise SOP compliance, ensure health and safety measures, and maintain a clean, organized site environment.

•Minimum of 1-2 years of grocery experience.
•Strong track record in influencing KPI performance.
•Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities to grow order volume and GMV.
•Good knowledge of food safety and health and safety compliance requirements.
•Experience leading a team with several direct reports and strong communication skills.
