Hog Barn Supervisor

Oversee the smooth movement of livestock from receiving to production, ensuring animal welfare and compliance with FSIS and other regulations. Lead and train a team of administrative and production staff to meet production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and cost-efficiency. Manage facility operations including water checks, preventative maintenance (e.g., bobcat), inventory of barn supplies, and daily walkthroughs to address issues and drive performance.
