Lead programme controls for major infrastructure projects in London, ensuring accurate and consistent planning, cost, safety, environmental, and performance reporting. Establish and maintain control processes aligned with the Guide to Railway Investment Projects (GRIP), review proposals to develop realistic resource plans, and support Programme and Project Managers with day-to-day reporting. Monitor data quality across cost and performance systems and manage investment plan production to the Investment Competence Framework.
