  • •Own partner relationships start to finish, serving as the first line of support across chat, email, and Zoom to resolve operational issues the first time.
  • •Proactively manage a partner portfolio by checking in, reviewing business tracking, and surfacing opportunities to improve outcomes like class fill rates and retention.
  • •Bring a consultative lens, providing practical guidance tailored to how each studio operates and how they use Arketa.
  • •Occasionally act as a virtual studio manager when partners need extra operational support on the platform.
  • •Share partner insights and industry feedback internally to Product, Engineering, and CX leadership to improve features and prevent repeat issues.
