•Define and execute Riot's US go-to-market strategy, including positioning, pricing, and sales motion; identify top acquisition channels and drive US ARR.
•Recruit, structure, and lead the US sales team; establish performance frameworks and a culture of accountability.
•Funnel US market intelligence to product and marketing; align with Paris-based teams to optimize strategy and resources.
•Represent Riot externally at press events, customer summits, and partner meetings while building a scalable, sustainable US organization.
