Key Responsibilities

  • •Support study startup activities by developing and maintaining workflows, checklists, logs, trackers, and participant-facing documents.
  • •Assist with configuration, testing, and operational readiness of study systems, including electronic data capture, participant management, scheduling, and compensation platforms.
  • •Coordinate participant recruitment and study visit preparation, including prescreening, scheduling, informed consent coordination, enrollment, and visit readiness.
  • •Review study documentation for completeness and follow up on missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information; support resolution of data queries and outstanding action items.
  • •Maintain enrollment and screening logs and other study documentation, coordinate training for study teams/sites, and help with closeout tasks including follow-up and reconciliation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 34 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, psychology, nursing, clinical research, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •2+ years of experience supporting clinical research, healthcare research, academic research, or human-subject studies.
  • •At least 1 year of experience performing clinical research coordination, participant-facing research, or similar study operations responsibilities.
  • •Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and applicable human-subject research requirements.
  • •Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
