Key Responsibilities

•Design and lead a comprehensive research plan for causal inference, geo-lift and incrementality testing to validate and calibrate marketing mix models
•Innovate MMM architecture by developing custom solutions that account for Flash Sales dynamics, time-varying coefficients, and stock constraints to improve forecasting
•Ensure rigorous model validation through out-of-sample testing, Bayesian calibration, and multicollinearity diagnostics before budget decisions
•Master large-scale data environments using AWS (S3, Redshift) and Databricks to engineer features and process high-velocity datasets for causal modeling
•Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering and external MMM partners to translate complex outputs into actionable investment reallocations
