Job Summary

Lead delivery and ongoing development of a Wealth database, managing research operations and driving productivity, coverage, and service levels. You’ll coach Team Leaders and Researchers across the UK and the Philippines, manage capacity and KPIs, and deliver regular operational reporting to senior stakeholders. Partner with Product, Technology, Sales, and Editorial to align research priorities with customer and business needs, and spearhead continuous improvement of workflows and scalability.
