Portfolio Business Manager - Capco Corporate Services

Own the operational, commercial, and workforce governance for a portfolio of client accounts, partnering with Client Partners, Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and Enterprise functions across jurisdictions. Drive accurate forecasting and account planning, pipeline and backlog governance, margin and revenue risk tracking, and deferred revenue/accounts receivable escalations. Oversee demand, resourcing, and workforce planning, lead operational governance forums, ensure compliance discipline and SLAs, and provide portfolio insights to leadership.
