Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to managers across the PLGTM organization on performance, team dynamics, and people decisions.
  • •Support performance cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans, and partner on talent reviews and internal mobility.
  • •Triage and resolve employee concerns, providing guidance to managers on sensitive matters and appropriate escalation.
  • •Coach managers through feedback, performance conversations, and conflict resolution, and provide practical tools and frameworks.
  • •Track and manage employee cases in ClickUp, identify patterns to improve people processes, and support rollout of people programs while leading AI-first transformation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually
