Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Build and implement a regional contingent workforce strategy that aligns with Adobe’s global goals.
•Drive transformation initiatives that modernize CW processes and deliver measurable business impact.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Procurement, Legal and Finance to ensure program success.
•Partner with managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure quality, compliance, and performance.
•Lead change management efforts to embed new practices and foster a culture of adherence and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

•MBA-HR or Master’s degree, coupled with extensive experience managing contingent workforce programs in India.
•CCWP certification is required.
•Practical experience with Workday, VNDLY, and ServiceNow.
•Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulatory frameworks; experience handling risk and audit readiness.
•Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and partner with senior executives and managed service providers (MSPs).
