Lead Plaid’s Corporate Development team driving inorganic growth through M&A and investment opportunities. Own a proactive pipeline aligned to strategic priorities, build relationships to source deal flow, and translate market intelligence into actionable build-vs-buy decisions. Execute transactions end-to-end—including valuation, modeling, diligence, negotiation, and structuring—and ensure post-deal integration with measurable outcomes. Report to the CFO and prepare board- and executive-ready materials.
