Own governance and execution of the Retail Business System (RBS) roadmap, enterprise PMO standards, and project portfolio reporting. Drive cross-functional programs from business cases through adoption, change management, and acquisition integrations, while partnering on technology investments and integration roadmaps.

•Lead enterprise technology enablement initiatives supporting operational excellence, retail growth, customer experience, and organizational scalability.
•Own governance and execution of the Retail Business System (RBS) roadmap and associated business process improvements.
•Establish enterprise project portfolio management standards, governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms.
•Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from business case development through implementation, adoption, and post-implementation evaluation.
•Drive acquisition integration planning and execution, including process harmonization, systems transitions, workflow alignment, and change management.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 190,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
•15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, enterprise systems, PMO, business integration, or operational excellence.
•10+ years leading large-scale enterprise projects, portfolios, or transformation programs.
•Experience with systems integrations, technology roadmaps, vendor management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
•Healthcare, hearing care, retail healthcare, or multi-site service organization experience preferred.
