Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish project plan and initiate mobilization by confirming scope, estimate, resources, and roles.
  • •Monitor and control project execution; lead Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release activities.
  • •Provide leadership and governance support, including decision-making and project reporting.
  • •Lead work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports for complex, multi–business-unit projects.
  • •Manage scope changes, identify and resolve issues, communicate status to senior leadership, and ensure quality standards and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • •Understanding of IT project management and the SDLC methodology (processes and deliverables).
  • •Understanding of waterfall and agile development methodologies and when to use them.
  • •Understanding of banking domains.
  • •Graduation degree or more; professional project management certification is preferred.
