Key Responsibilities

•Review and interpret, negotiate, manage a variety of transactions, including Prime Contracts, Subcontracts with other primes, Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Associate Contractor Agreements (ACAs).
•Advise and/or represent the organization on contract negotiations and administration matters.
•Support Import/Export (ITAR/EAR) and CUI compliance requirements.
•Facilitate and ensure constant communication and coordination with the internal/external customer program team.
•Participate in the review, analysis, and negotiation of Terms and Conditions.
