Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Asana’s global Accounting, controllership, billing, and revenue accounting functions.
  • •Serve as an executive Section 16 Officer to uphold financial integrity, compliance, and public-corporation governance.
  • •Oversee the accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year-end financial close processes and reporting.
  • •Partner with cross-functional executive stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Product to build scalable financial infrastructure for expansion.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies, and mentor a high-performing team.
