Superintendent Construction (OnsCon)

Supervise and direct construction and related on-site activities within an assigned area or multi-discipline project. Ensure operations meet design/specifications, schedule, budget, and quality standards while leading HSSE culture and safety compliance. Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and craft personnel; oversee training, inspections, permits, cost code reporting, and subcontract closeouts. Lead implementation and enforcement of McDermott policies to keep the workforce aligned and effective.
