•Build and maintain relationships with merchants and negotiate best deals based on campaign or seasonality.
•Discover and develop new collaborative opportunities aligned with merchants’ short-term and long-term development plans.
•Maintain seller service quality (e.g., low cancellation/return rate and shipping lead time) and manage mid- and long-tail merchants through scalable programs and tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Proficiency in English and Thai.
•At least 5 years of ecommerce experience, with direct experience in relevant categories preferred.
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with attention to detail, affinity with numbers, and logical problem-solving ability.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong connections with brands and big sellers preferred.
