Job Summary

Lead and implement store-level training to elevate Client Experience, coaching and developing Client Advisors, identifying training needs, and cascading programs aligned with global and local priorities. Drive shadowing, feedback and coaching culture, collaborate with retail functions, and support store leadership in talent development and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Store Manager and Store Leadership to identify training needs in line with business priorities.
•Develop training action plans at a Store & Client Advisor level and cascade training contents on Brand, Client Journey and Product knowledge.
•Leverage in-store training tools including training sessions, coaching sessions, Daily Briefing moments and best-practice sharing.
•Collaborate with other retail functions (Merchandising, CRM, Events) to jointly organize and manage specific training activities.
•Conduct team gap analyses and build individual coaching plans, providing ongoing feedback on progress and training effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in learning and development fields, human resources management, psychology, or a related field or vocational training.
•5+ years of experience in the retail training field or in a retail managerial role.
•Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience
•In-depth knowledge of talent management and/or personnel development methods and tools
•Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with strong coordination and communication abilities
