Job Summary

Deploy, sustain, and support enterprise COTS software engineering and DevSecOps applications across on-premise and cloud environments, including containerized deployments. Build and maintain deployment automation, container orchestration scripts, and infrastructure-as-code templates, while hardening and maintaining cybersecurity/compliance posture. Support build/test CI/CD pipelines, resolve application incidents with helpdesk collaboration, and help modernize legacy systems into Git-based, cloud-hosted platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Deploy, sustain, and support enterprise shared software applications across on-premise and cloud environments using DevSecOps principles.
•Develop and maintain deployment automation, container orchestration scripts, and infrastructure-as-code templates.
•Configure, harden, and maintain the cybersecurity and compliance posture of hosted solutions.
•Support and optimize software build/test pipelines and integrate with engineering teams.
•Resolve application service incidents and partner with helpdesk teams to create internal knowledge base articles.

Key Requirements

•STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience deploying and supporting server-based hosted COTS applications and associated databases (e.g., GitLab, Jira, Azure DevOps Server, Jenkins).
•Linux system administration experience.
•Hands-on experience using Docker and/or Podman.
•Troubleshooting skills for server-based application installs, databases, networking issues, and Web/HTTP concepts (SSL, certificates, proxy, REST) to resolve configuration issues.
