Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of the M-Force™ medium-voltage distribution switch product line.
  • •Lead small projects and coordinate project management competencies for the plant.
  • •Develop engineering-to-order (ETO) solutions that meet unique customer requirements while maintaining quality, performance, and cost objectives.
  • •Serve as a key technical resource for new product development, ProLaunch, and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives.
  • •Provide technical reports, project updates, recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, and testing laboratories.

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years of engineering experience.
  • •Experience with new product design of medium or high voltage electrical products.
  • •Experience working with load break switches and/or arresters.
  • •Six-sigma training to support design for manufacturing.
