Operate heavy equipment for groundwork and construction projects, ensuring safe and efficient performance. Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for groundwork and construction purposes.
•Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
•Complete daily pre- and post-inspections with appropriate documentation and perform minor servicing/maintenance.
•Report problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager and follow Foreman direction for daily tasks.
•Assist in training less-experienced employees on equipment operations, servicing, and repair.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent education/experience combination).
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•Must be 18 years or older and able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.

•Maintain a current driver’s license meeting state requirements (CDL, Class A and/or B) with possible hazmat and tanker endorsements.
