Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Honeywell’s interests are safeguarded in each customer, supplier, and partner transaction.
  • •Establish and manage the contractual/commercial framework for projects from start to finish.
  • •Advise project teams on best commercial practices for scope changes, variation orders, and contract administration.
  • •Manage claims by ensuring appropriate records keeping and substantiating Honeywell’s entitlement and damages.
  • •Provide risk management, investigate dispute causes/effects, and work closely with the Legal Team to support resolution submissions and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience analyzing contractual liability and causation.
  • •Expert knowledge of multiple standard contracts by country.
  • •Ability to identify, analyze, prepare, and substantiate damage claims.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of relevant construction-related statutes and historical dispute outcomes by country.
  • •Advanced negotiation and closing skills with a track record of favorable dispute and damage-claim resolutions.
