•Coach and oversee the Sales, Service, and Community team to deliver exceptional guest experience by assessing connection and product education needs.

•Continue building daily client relationships and ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
•Partner with the General Manager to manage budgets, reporting, expenses, inventory controls, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
•Lead people operations including hiring, talent development, performance feedback, and succession planning; write schedules that support business strategy.
