Key Responsibilities

  • •Determine services impacted by limited capacity due to outages or predicted changes in flow dynamics and perform Critical Day tasks in 1line.
  • •Support, develop, and implement controls to better predict customer imbalances and utilization of services.
  • •Coordinate with internal partners on tariff changes, expansion project implementation, and facility abandonments.
  • •Represent Williams on management committee governance and commercial business for JV assets; work with JV partners to pursue revenue optimization.
  • •Develop tariff modifications, define business requirements, and train Commercial Services Reps on changes to business practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; minimum five (5) years of experience in the energy industry.
  • •Familiarity with contractual and tariff provisions; ability to draft and negotiate commercial documents and agreements.
  • •Strong analytical skills to identify process improvements, trends, and predictive behavior.
