Job Summary

Own the end-to-end recruiting experience for Nourish Medical providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physicians). Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, manage the full lifecycle from screening through interviews and offer close, and assess clinical fit with Nourish’s care model. Partner cross-functionally to improve hiring strategy and processes, drive high-priority outbound recruiting, and deliver timely, encouraging candidate communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the dedicated point of contact for candidates, using deep knowledge of Nourish’s value proposition, policies, and processes.
•Own the full candidate lifecycle from application review and screening through interviews, offer calls, and close.
•Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while assessing clinical fit, alignment with the care model, and readiness to thrive in a startup environment.
•Sync with internal stakeholders on candidate feedback, hiring decisions, and pipeline priorities.
•Drive applicant engagement via proactive outreach and timely follow-ups, including leading outbound recruiting for high-priority prospects via personalized emails and calls.

Key Requirements

•1-3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally clinical recruiting or experience recruiting licensed healthcare providers.
•Hyper-organized and able to manage high-volume workflows and multiple interactions without missing details.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, video, email, and chat with providers.
•Able to learn new processes quickly and take ownership immediately after training.
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and propose creative process optimizations.
