Key Responsibilities

•Own the corporate PR strategy to establish Whatnot as the defining company in live commerce, including business narrative and executive thought leadership.
•Develop financial communications narratives and materials in partnership with Finance, Legal, Data, and leadership for key milestones and strategic announcements.
•Advise leadership on reputational risk and lead proactive issues management with frameworks, playbooks, and rapid response.
•Lead B2B, partner, and industry communications to build credibility and visibility with sellers, brand partners, and the commerce and creator economy ecosystem.
•Counsel senior leaders with confidence and report to the VP of Communications & Policy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 285,000 - 335,000 annually

•Exceptional writing and messaging skills that translate complex business situations into clear, credible narratives.
