  • •Own unit economics by optimizing interchange, managing loss rates, and identifying structural competitive advantages.
  • •Partner across Finance, Risk, Legal, Data Science, and Engineering; lead complex multi-stakeholder work without losing momentum.
  • •Build infrastructure for scale, including data infrastructure, risk frameworks, and operational foundations from underwriting logic to regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience owning complex, cross-functional products end to end.
  • •Built and shipped fintech financial products (credit, lending, payments, BNPL or similar) with knowledge of underwriting logic, cost of capital, credit risk, contribution margin, and regulatory constraints.
  • •Fluency in unit economics, including modeling contribution margin, cost of capital, and cohort-level payback periods.
  • •Able to develop a defensible multi-year product POV and execute hands-on via crisp PRDs and sprint-level delivery.
  • •Deep empathy for retailers and brands, including understanding their cash flow cycles, approach to credit/payment terms, and what drives trust in financial products.
