Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Viva, Planner, Project for the web, To Do, and Loop based on client requirements.
  • •Implement collaboration governance, including Microsoft 365 Groups and Teams provisioning, naming conventions, lifecycle management, external sharing, guest access, and meeting policies.
  • •Design SharePoint Online communication sites/intranet portals and implement metadata, information architecture, document management, and enterprise search.
  • •Plan and execute SharePoint/Teams content migrations from legacy platforms while preserving permissions and metadata.
  • •Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle (discovery, design, testing, pilot rollout, production deployment) and deliver documentation and operational handover.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions in consulting, professional services, or systems integration environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Microsoft Viva, Planner, Project for the web, To Do, and Loop.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture and governance best practices, including Microsoft 365 Groups and Teams provisioning/lifecycle, naming, external sharing, and guest access.
  • •Expertise designing SharePoint Online intranet portals, communication sites, hub sites, document libraries, metadata, information architecture, enterprise search, and content management.
  • •Experience with SharePoint/Teams migrations and with deploying Microsoft Viva Connections, Engage, Insights, Learning, and Goals; excellent English communication required.
