Job Summary

Own the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 collaboration and content management solutions, designing and deploying production-ready environments across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Viva, Planner, Project for the web, To Do, and Loop. Translate client productivity needs into governed digital workplace solutions, including migration, governance, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with identity, security, Copilot/AI, and adoption teams to ensure smooth rollout, adoption readiness, and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Viva, Planner, Project for the web, To Do, and Loop based on client requirements.
•Implement collaboration governance, including Microsoft 365 Groups and Teams provisioning, naming conventions, lifecycle management, external sharing, guest access, and meeting policies.
•Design SharePoint Online communication sites/intranet portals and implement metadata, information architecture, document management, and enterprise search.
•Plan and execute SharePoint/Teams content migrations from legacy platforms while preserving permissions and metadata.
•Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle (discovery, design, testing, pilot rollout, production deployment) and deliver documentation and operational handover.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions in consulting, professional services, or systems integration environments.
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Microsoft Viva, Planner, Project for the web, To Do, and Loop.
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture and governance best practices, including Microsoft 365 Groups and Teams provisioning/lifecycle, naming, external sharing, and guest access.
•Expertise designing SharePoint Online intranet portals, communication sites, hub sites, document libraries, metadata, information architecture, enterprise search, and content management.
•Experience with SharePoint/Teams migrations and with deploying Microsoft Viva Connections, Engage, Insights, Learning, and Goals; excellent English communication required.
