Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • •Manage project cost controls, cost planning, commercial management, and contract administration across all phases.
  • •Lead value engineering and track changes/variations to maintain quality and minimize cash tied up in inventory.
  • •Manage construction team, subcontractors, and resources; support HR processes including mobilization and demobilization.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSE policies and participate in safety awareness and incident reporting in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Extensive knowledge of civil construction practices, processes, and protocols.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (professional degree in a related field).
  • •Strong knowledge of quality, OH and S, and Environmental Management Systems, with safety policy and procedure compliance.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills, plus expertise in cost accounting, contract administration, and risk management.
