Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze high-throughput DNA sequencing data and perform basic analysis to support product development, validation studies, and incoming experiment requests.
  • •Support and improve production analysis workflows by helping move data through the analysis pipeline and identifying workflow improvements.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data quality, analysis pipelines, and system integration.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (biology, software engineering, lab operations, medical/legal affairs) and communicate effectively.
  • •Handle PHI in paper and electronic formats in compliance with privacy and safety protocols, and maintain required training status.

Key Requirements
