Key Responsibilities

•Run supplier evaluations (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs); document selection rationale; manage outsourcing contracts to ensure optimal turnaround times and best value for quality, service, technology, and price.
•Define pricing targets based on market analysis and benchmarks in alignment with the business unit.
•Aim for optimization of specifications and drive standardization; prepare market research and advise business units on market trends, supplier landscape, and alternative supply channels.
•Proactively address quality, performance and cost issues through supplier relationship management.
•Align with business stakeholders regarding demand requirements and analyze bundling potential; provide strategic sourcing guidance to achieve best value for money.

Key Requirements

•Degree in computer science or economics/business administration with focus on third-party management, IT Professional Service procurement (IT Consulting) or equivalent.
•Several years (5+ years) of work experience in a relevant area, involving project management, IT and others.
•Sound negotiations skills combined with contractual knowledge are a matter of course for you.
•Be highly adaptable to a dynamic environment with self-starter attitude; ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple activities.
•German and English business fluent; additional languages advantageous; proficient in MS-Office and procurement tools.
