Plant Manager

Lead overall plant operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost targets. Drive a safety-first culture, manage human capital planning, budgeting, and Cap-Ex execution, and oversee compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Use KPIs and data to identify improvement opportunities, strengthen process control through manufacturing SOPs, and build continuous improvement and high-performance culture across a facility with typically 300 or fewer employees and 4–8 direct reports.
