Key Responsibilities

  • •Support site EHS activities by leading MESH elements, maintaining EHS systems/processes, and reporting EHS metrics.
  • •Champion safety and environmental targets by leading annual goals, monitoring critical safety components, and supporting/serving on the plant safety committee.
  • •Support emergency response by maintaining emergency procedures and running drills (plant evacuation, medical emergencies, weather events).
  • •Lead/support incident investigations, identify root causes, track trends, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • •Coordinate EHS and other training programs and compile/analyze MESH data for Eaton’s safety database, including reviewing the Workstation Risk Assessment Program.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56,000 - 83,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of Environmental Health and Safety experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 3+ years of Environmental Health and Safety experience.
  • •Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Fontana, CA will be considered.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • •Understanding of EHS principles/tools (safe work practices, root-cause analysis, problem-solving) and experience leading training sessions (preferred).
