•Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of software development experience.
•3 years of experience building production software systems with well-tested code.
•3 years of front-end and back-end software development.
•3 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining functional web applications (including agent tooling, case management, and routing).
•3 years of experience integrating cloud infrastructure, database systems, API gateways, authentication systems, and CI/CD pipelines, plus writing Ruby, React, or TypeScript and building high-throughput API services.
