Underwrite new and renewal Motor Fleet business for a specialised portfolio, helping Zurich grow a profitable and sustainable Motor Fleet book. Partner with brokers and internal stakeholders to assess risks against underwriting guidelines and deliver tailored insurance solutions. Take a market-facing role identifying growth opportunities and supporting retention and acquisition. As a senior team member, provide guidance, support, and mentoring to developing underwriters.
