  • •Underwrite new and renewal Motor Fleet business in line with Zurich’s underwriting framework and delegated authority.
  • •Build and maintain strong broker relationships to support retention, acquisition, and long-term portfolio growth.
  • •Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting profitable renewal outcomes.
  • •Assess risks against appetite and underwriting guidelines, balancing technical analysis with commercial opportunities.
  • •Support and mentor developing underwriters, sharing technical expertise and building underwriting capability across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience underwriting Motor Fleet, Commercial Motor, Heavy Motor, Transport, Plant and Equipment or related commercial insurance risks.
